‘Maza agaya Salman Bhai’ – Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 gets waves of applause on social media!
Salman Khan, in his third outing as superspy Avinash Singh Rathore alias Tiger, demonstrates that there is always a lot of purchase from the spectacle of an irrepressible hero leaping off various perches and landing on his feet, thanks to a story by producer Aditya Chopra and a screenplay by Shridhar Raghavan. The star power of the lead actor is useful, but Tiger 3 (like Pathaan and unlike War) is gender-agnostic. Katrina Kaif is given nearly as much screen time as the invincible Tiger, whose death-defying feats return in the third instalment in a larger and more brazen form.
Tiger 3 was released in theatres today, November 12, starring Salman Khan, Emraan Hashmi, and Katrina Kaif. The film’s release date falls on a weekend, which also happens to be Diwali. The film, directed by Maneesh Sharma, was released in a variety of formats, including 2D, IMAX 2D, and 4DX. According to early estimates from film industry tracker Sacnilk, Tiger 3 may earn 40 crore net in India on its first day of release. According to Bollywood Hungama, the film will earn 35 crore on its first day. Tiger 3, which also stars Emraan Hashmi, went on sale for advance booking on November 5.

According to film industry tracker Sacnilk, the film grossed 22.97 crores in advance booking across all formats and languages, with the sale of over 8.77 lakh tickets. In the Hindi category, the 2D format proved to be the most popular, grossing around 21.49 crore with ticket sales of 8.2 lakh.
