‘Aap aye the pehle?’- Fans decode Mohammad Rizwan, Cheteshwar Pujara convo at Sussex’s training camp; post hilarious comments
Both players are playing together for Sussex
Cricket fans in India and Pakistan are always excited to see India and Pakistan players in the same frame. Be it the encounter between the two arch-rivals or the players coming together to play for a same team, the excitement is always high. More recently, Cheteshwar Pujara and Mohammad Rizwan came together to play for the Sussex team in the County Cricket Championship.
Ahead of day three of the game against Durham, the two were spotted having a conversation during the practice sessions. The Sussex team’s official Twitter handle posted the video of the two conversing. “Rizwan x Pujara pre-match prep,” read the caption of the tweet.

Meanwhile, Cheteshwar Pujara has had an exceptional season with the Sussex team. He has scored three consecutive centuries in three matches. Two of those centuries have been converted into double-hundreds. Pujara became the second Indian batter after Mohammad Azharuddin to register two double hundreds in the competition.
Coming back to the match, Durham scored 223 runs batting first. In reply, Cheteshwar Pujara’s double century helped Sussex score 538 runs in their first innings. He scored 203 runs in 334 balls with the help of 24 boundaries. He also had an important partnership of 154 runs in 275 balls with Mohammad Rizwan. Rizwan, on the other hand, scored important 79 runs in 145 balls in the first innings.
Durham got off to a strong start in the second innings, with openers Alex Lees (105) and Sean Dickson (186) combining for a 313-run partnership. Durham went on to declare their innings at 364/3, resulting the match ending in a draw.
