Amitabh Bachchan gifts his Juhu bunglow worth whopping rs 50 crores to daughter Shweta Nanda Bachchan

Amitabh Bachchan is said to have given his opulent bungalow ‘Prateeksha’ in Mumbai to his daughter Shweta Nanda Bachchan. The bungalow is worth Rs 50 crore. Big B remembers the bungalow fondly because it was his first home in Juhu, where he lived with his parents, Harivansh Rai Bachchan and Teji Bachchan. In 2007, his son Abhishek Bachchan married actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Prateeksha.

According to reports, Prateeksha is worth more than Rs 50 crore, and the ownership transfer was completed on November 8 through two separate gift deeds, with a stamp duty payment of Rs 50.65 lakh. Bachchan also owns two bungalows in Mumbai, Jalsa and Janak. In the 14th season of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati,’ the actor revealed how the bungalow got its name, stating that it was christened by his father. He said, “My father gave me this name… There is a line in one of my father’s poems that says, ‘Swagat sabke liye yahan par nehin kisike liye Prateeksha’,”
