The Pakistan skipper is currently the ranked one batter in both the ODI and T20I formats. In recent times, he has been scoring runs for funs in any format against any opposition. However, Babar Azam also has a 100% record when it comes to major finals. He was in the team when Pakistan won the Champions Trophy in England in 2017.
Pakistan defeated its arch-rivals India with ease. Mohammad Amir was the star of that final with his vicious spell at the start of the innings. In that event, he scored 133 runs in five matches. In the final, Babar scored 46 runs off 52 balls. Hence, he also won that major trophy in his career with his only attempt.
